We are rolling out an amazing online education alternative and we are looking for Online Teachers and Tutors. The global pandemic taught us that online education is possible. With this program, we are trying to take education to another level. Additionally, many more parents have concerns about the safety of their children and prefer that they learn at home. Some want to home school their children, but need access to a good curriculum. Others are simply fed up with the traditional school curriculum, and prefer having other options. Some students simply need some additional instruction or tutoring to succeed. It is exactly these concerns that we are addressing with this alternative education program.
So, we need teachers for this new online program. Are you passionate about teaching? Do you want a more flexible schedule? Want to do something extraordinary with your student base? With this program you can use your own creativity and personality to reach more students than you can even imagine. Not only that, but you can earn what you are really worth! How does this work for Online Teachers?
Since this is an online school, there are some things that each teacher will need to set up once they are approved into the program.
- You will need to sign up in the DTCA back office. This is where you will have access to the curriculum and other resources. And this is also where you will be paid.
- Each teacher will also have their own zoom link. This is where the students will come to attend your classes. Signup fees also include your zoom classroom fees.
- Each teacher will also need their own YouTube channel. This is where you will introduce yourself to potential students. Because in our Online Private School, both the parents and the students will select the teacher.
Do not worry if you are new to some of these technologies. Because we will train you on how to set up and use each of these.
How do Online Teachers Get Paid?
Even if you simply LOVE to teach, you likely still want to be paid! You can earn for each student that attends your classes, up to a maximum of 500 students per class. And the only limit to the number of classes you can teach is the amount of time that you have available. So the more students that you can draw to each class, the more that you can earn. For tax purposes, you will are an independent contractor to the Online Private School. And you can determine how much you want to earn.
By the Numbers:
- For each student that attends one of your classes, you will receive $0.50 in your wallet in the DTCA back office. For example, if 120 student attend, you will receive $60.00 in your wallet. If you max out at 500 students for that class, then you receive $250.00. And this is for each class that you teach. By design we are limiting each class to 500 students.
- Students in Grades 1 – 8 may attend up to 5 Classes Daily
- Students in Grades 9 – 12 may attend up to 6 Classes Daily
- You can also earn commissions by referring either students OR teachers to this program.
- Additionally, as part of the DTCA Ambassador (Direct to Consumer), you can also earn more money by promoting the other goods and services that are available. This gives you the opportunity to build a organization both in the United States and around the world. And this has HUGE income potential.
What Type of Teachers are we looking for?
Because we want our Online Private School to be outstanding and different than any other, we want to ensure that all of our teachers and tutors are also exceptional. We want teachers who are exciting, loving, compassionate, and enthusiastic in our program. So if you are just looking to show up and get paid, then this may not be for you. We are looking for the types of teachers that students continue to remember even after they leave school!
In this program, the parents and students will choose the teacher. We have a huge marketing base to draw students to this program. But whether they select you as the teacher is strictly in your hands. Because it is your attraction is what will draw the students to you, and you earn PER STUDENT.
Requirements & Credentials for Online Teachers:
- Need a 4-year degree in teaching. This is a certified Private Online school, so the teaching credentials are no different from any other school.
- Experience in the teaching field. College graduates and retired teachers are encouraged to apply.
- You must really love to teach and have something to offer outside the ordinary. We are NOT looking for someone who just wants to earn a check.
- You need to either be familiar with the technologies that we use, or be willing to learn. We will provide training.
- We require both dedication and commitment to the program.
- We also expect you to help us set a higher standard in education and show a willingness to be above reproach. This will differentiate this program from traditional school systems.
